Korean Natural Farming, a system of agriculture developed over 40 years by Master Cho, demonstrates that a healthy environment is created and sustained by cultivating indigenous microorganisms and fermenting available resources into food, nutritional supplements, and medicine for the microbes, plants, and animals.
DELC’s purpose is to provide educational experiences of cooperative and sustainable agricultural and economic systems. To meet this purpose, the Center has since 2003 offered children and adults an assortment of environmental, fine arts, tutoring and ecological agriculture programs at its rural site in Koa’e, Hawai’i.
